The Aberdeen train station is a major railway station for New Jersey Transit and a major commuter hub for individuals traveling to Newark and New York. The Municipal Courthouse is located at 1 Aberdeen Square, Aberdeen, New Jersey 07747. The Aberdeen Municipal Court telephone number is (732) 583-4200. Court is conducted on the first, second, third, and fourth Wednesdays of the Month at 9 A.M.  The Judge is the Honorable Scott Basen and the Municipal Prosecutor is Allen Falk, Esq.  The Court administrator is Michele Wieczoreck.  Defense lawyers and pro se litigants meet with the municipal prosecutor to discuss cases in the conference room adjacent to the court room.

Directions to Aberdeen Municipal Court & Municipal Complex

From Parkway Southbound: Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 117A.  Stay to the right while exiting and proceed on Lloyd Road until it intersects with Church Street.  Make a right on Church Street and the Municipal Complex is approximately one mile down on the left side of the road.

From the Parkway Northbound: Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 117.  Stay to the right while exiting and turn onto Clark Street.  You will hit a stop sign and must make a right turn onto Beer Street.  At the first light, make a right onto Bethany Road.  Proceed through three lights and the Municipal Court is on the left side of the road.
