Union Township DWI Lawyer

Former Municipal and County Prosecutors

Union Township processes a staggering amount of motor vehicle charges each year and a substantial amount of these arrests are for DWI, DUI, and Refusal. This is attributed to nearby Kean University and the enormous amount of traffic that travels through Union Township since it is surrounded by 8 other municipalities and it is traversed by the Garden State Parkway, Interstate 78, Route 22 and Route 82 (Morris Ave). If you have been charged or arrested in Union for a DWI then you need to hire an experienced DWI Defense Lawyer who can help you avoid a DWI conviction which may affect your job and livelihood. Just like any other field of law, DWI defense is a specialty and few NJ attorneys are properly qualified to handle such cases. Luckily, The Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall has a team of veteran DWI defense lawyers and former prosecutors who have prosecuted in several municipalities and who have over 100 years of combined experience. Additionally, our lawyers are certified in the administration of the standard field sobriety testing and the operation of the Alcotest machine.
