Jersey City DWI, DUI & Refusal Lawyers

A Team of Specially Trained and Certified DWI Attorneys

Jersey City, New Jersey is considered part of the New York Metropolitan area due to its close proximity and great accessibility to Manhattan, New York. Jersey City is accessible via Interstate I-78, Routes 1 and 9, NJ State Highways 7, 139, and 440, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike. These main roadways are often traveled by those who frequent the great nightclubs and bars in Jersey City, which is likely why the city makes the most DWI/DUI arrests in Hudson County. If you have been charged with drunk driving or a related offense, you will face very serious penalties which can include losing your driving privileges, high fines, and you may even be forced to spend up to 6 months in jail. The DWI defense attorneys at the Law Offices of John F. Marshall have over 60 years of combined legal experience and have achieved a highly successful record of dismissals and reductions of DWI, DUI, and Refusal charges throughout the state of New Jersey. Our lawyers are former DWI prosecutors and are experts in New Jersey DWI/DUI laws and penalties. Our DWI defense attorneys are certified in the maintenance and operation of the Alcotest Breath Machine, used by police in routine drunk driving stops, and have received training from the National Traffic Safety Administration on the procedures of Standard Field Sobriety Testing. Do not let yourself be subject to the dire ramifications of a drunk driving charge. Call our office at 1-800-450-8301 to speak with a competent DWI defense lawyer free of charge.
