Eagleswood Township DWI, Refusal & DUI Lawyers

Tom Campo - The Former Eagleswood Prosecutor

Despite the township’s thin population, the local courthouse sees an average of nearly 60 drunk driving cases annually. Many of these DWI offenses could be attributed to non-residents. As the Former Eagleswood Prosecutor, we defend a lot of people arrested or charged with drunk driving in Eagleswood. If you or a relative received a summons for a DWI or breath test refusal offense, we recommend that you contact a qualified legal professional for your defense.  In this regard, every one of our attorneys is certified in standardized field sobriety testing procedures established by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). All of our lawyers also hold certification in operation and maintenance of the Alcotest breath test device. Not many, if any, New Jersey law firms can make this claim, which is why you should consider contacting our office at 1-877-450-8301 for a free initial consultation at our Toms River office.

Eagleswood Township

In its early history, Eagleswood was the site of local shipbuilding, as well as oyster and clam industries. Today, Eagleswood remains a small community of barely 1,500 residents along the Jersey Shore in Ocean County. The township lays in between Stafford Township and Little Egg Harbor.
